What to bring with you on the day of surgery

  • A list of your chronic medication

  • Medical aid card

  • Main member’s ID Book

  • Patient’s ID book (or copy of birth certificate for minors)

  • Pre-authorisation number obtained from your medical aid

Note: You are not allowed to drive for 24 hours after general anaesthetic / sedation or any eye surgery. Please make necessary arrangements accordingly.
