Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player, capable and enthusiastic about contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Matric certificate
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
• Facilitate patient admissions.
• Manage incoming calls .
• Perform various administrative tasks such as preparing and maintaining patient records.
• Collaborate with medical staff, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. Flexible hours (contingent upon the operational needs of the hospital), typically from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
