At George Surgical Centre we have safety measures in place to protect our patients and staff, and to curb the spread of COVID-19

Patients and staff are required to disinfect their hands before entering and leaving the building.

Only patients and staff are allowed to enter the George Surgical Centre building. Accompanying persons and visitors are requested to wait outside.

Patients are screened for symptoms both 24 hours prior to admission and on arrival at our facility. Staff is screened daily on arrival.

No known positive COVID-19 cases or patients showing symptoms of COVID-19 are treated at George Surgical Centre.

Patients are required to change their own mask with a hospital mask before entering reception area.

Patients and staff are requested to adhere to physical distancing of at least 1.5 meters, maintain good hand hygiene and cough etiquette at all times. No sales representatives, technicians or other visitors will be allowed into the building unless arranged with management. Visitors will be screened and access will be denied if symptoms are present.

Hygiene and sterility have always been of the utmost importance to us. In this time of the COVID pandemic, we have taken all possible precautions to keep our facility safe. We have a dedicated team who assists with frequent cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection of our facility.
